Melissa Tong
Featured Sessions: Sound Bath
Formerly serving as an outdoor adventure facilitator, Melissa now serves as a trauma-informed registered massage therapist, sound healing practitioner, and space-holder for sacred gatherings. Through attentive touch, resonant sound and grounded presence, Melissa supports nervous-system regulation and deep reconnection—to self, earth and the unseen.
Kayla Rowdenserves as the Assistant Lodge Manager at Dimensions and is a certified sound therapy practitioner and recreational therapist.
She brings a grounded, nurturing presence to her work, guiding sound bath sessions that support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and emotional restoration. With a background in recreational therapy, Kayla skillfully creates accessible, inclusive experiences.
Serving as the Wellness Director for Unbounded Dimensions, Tiz guides experiences rooted in nervous system regulation and breath. Blending breathwork with live music, Tiz creates powerful, somatic journeys that support emotional release, regulation and expanded awareness. Trained as a cold exposure instructor and therapist (Compassionate Inquiry), Tiz is known for holding grounded, intentional space.
